Delivery & Returns

Timing of delivery

Orders received before 12.00pm on Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day.

Orders received after 12.00pm will be despatched on following day.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday.

Deliveries usually take 1-3 days (see below for more details).

Please note that all orders from now will not be despatched until 3 Jan 2017 or after due to festive holiday shutdown.

Carriers

Depending on the item, and in order to keep shipping charges to a minimum, goods will be despatched by either the Royal Mail or our nominated carrier company.  Deliveries via Royal Mail usually takes 1-3 days, delivery via courier, that is our nominated carrier company, is next day.

Our main carrier is currently Aspray. For deliveries via courier, the delivery address need to be a company address, with someone to sign for the parcel, otherwise goods will be returned to FixDirect resulting in severe delay in your delivery.  It will not be possible to deliver the parcel without a signature.

You must ensure someone is available at your chosen delivery address to receive the goods.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are in accordance to Royal Mail charges by weights so that you do not pay too much for a small item. A small handling fee is added for costs of packaging.

Maximum delivery cost is capped at £12. Delivery is free for orders exceeding £100

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and return it to us within 7 days.  We do not pay delivery charges on returns. We cannot accept any parcels freight collect or COD.  Returned item must be in “new” condition unless damaged.  Once the return is received, we will reimburse refund in full.
